The unexpected car wash was a delightful surprise at Hotel Caribe. It was such a thoughtful gesture to have my dirty car washed and polished during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel included dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious and well-organized. The vintage vibe of the hotel added to its charm, and the large room was comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Caribe for its excellent value and exceptional service.

The hotel and single room were very clean. The location is great, right downtown and only a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the Barahona Malecon. We also appreciated having on-site parking available.

the room was okay, a bit old-fashioned and could have used an upgrade, especially the bathroom, which was definitely not up to modern standards. the service provided was average, nothing to write home about, but the breakfast was decent and gave me a good start to the day. the pool area was smaller than anticipated but clean and well-maintained.

The parking area was quite far away from the entrance, and this made it challenging to carry my luggage to my room.

The breakfast and dinner offered complementary were the best part of our stay at this hotel. The location was also very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to navigate. Plus, there was drinkable water available on every floor which was a nice bonus.
